Phantom Troupe. They manage to be scary and badass at the same time. They kill for no reason but still crack jokes. It took 10 semi tough characters, 100 fodder and one main character with an ability that specifically targets them just to kill one member, and he wasn't even the most powerful

Phantom Troupe is leagues ahead of Akatsuki. They actually have different personalities. They're my favorite because they just don't give a **** and all their members are badass.

The Vendice are ruthless, Jager and Bermuda scrape everybody lol
