Why are people bringing up this:

''She was too powerful that she didn't need the moon''

It doesn't matter how powerful she is. Its a fact you need the moon for Tsukuyomi eye to work successfully. Or this one:

''She had Byakugan to see through distance''

Lmao.

Just like how it was hypebole that Hagoromo defeated the Juubi by himself, its a hypebole he created the moon.

Your speculation would only make sense if her Byakugan and Sharingan were merged together. In any case, they weren't, so its impossible for her to use it. She extended her vision through Byakugan. The Sharingan itself doesn't extend vision, so she can cast genjutsu across distance.

It was never said she used Tsukiyomi or Tsuki no Me though. It just says the used her eye power on people, meaning she placed Genjutsu on people the same way Itachi, Madara and Sasuke have using generic Sharingan genjutsu.

False. The moon only increases the range of Infinite tsukuyomi. Kaguya could still use IS on a small scale without there being a moon.

I actually agree with this Theory because if Rikudou created the Moon, then it would create two Plotholes :-

1) Link:

2) If the Moon was created by the Rikudou, then why was Infinite Tsukuyomi created ? Who created it ?

+ Repped for this thread. :)

In the end, I would say the Rikudou used the Moon as a sealing stone to seal the Juubi and the Key was the Rinnegan.

''People'' is another term for the world or everyone. The context based on the scan would mean she reflected her Juubi eye to the moon, thus she she had ''people'', which Hagoromo refers as world:

She ruled the world according to him. In other words, he referred ''people'' as world/everyone in a term.

Thanks. Though, it appears the same creator of the thread is disagreeing with me.

I love it when people deny facts so they can listen to their speculation. Tsukuyomi eye can only work by casting the Genjutsu on the moon in order to reflect it upon the world. That is the ONLY way. Hagoromo did not create the moon.

''People'' is just another term for everyone referring to the world. My thread remains factual, dickshit.

Her Byakugan and Sharingan are separated. They're not merged, thus she cant combine them both.

"People" means more than one person, not every person.

She ruled the world with her power. In context, its based on the world. People is just another term for it.

Hogoromo nor Kaguya created Infinate Tsukyomi. This is Madara's plan. No one elses. Madara devised this while an old man attached to the statue. Hogoromo knew of this because, like Naruto, Madara is/was an incarnate of his son Indra, and like Naruto, has been watching him his entire life. This is why Hogoromo knows of infinate Tsukuyomi. The effects it will have should it be cast are from his own past experiences fighting the Juubi.

Everyone can now STFU? My thread contains facts supported with logic and manga, and it says Kaguya used her eye to cast Tsykuyomi on the moon to reflect on the world, which she ruled. This is all according to Hagoromo. In other words, he did not create the moon. An animal would understand this, but you people cant, lol.

Basically, she had more than one person under genjutsu. Which is confirmed .
Infact the part about "attach to roots, keeping them in genjutsu" implies that after she hypnotized one or a group of people, she'd just attach them to the tree where they're now kept eternally, not that she did one mass genjutsu on everyone at the same time so there's no one to stop it... The purpose of IS.

Don't get me wrong, I also don't think sage created the moon and it's just hype... but this isn't proof.

No...''people'' is a term for the world/everyone in the context. Kaguya controlled the world with her power(Sharingan and Byakugan). If you're going to deny something this obvious, then you will be ignored.

My thread is a fact and logic.

The definition itself is only supporting my thread.

People is another term for ''humanity''. Based on the context, the people referred to the world, due to Kaguya controlled the world with her power. Therefore, people was a term for world/everyone.

This isn't hard to understand. Tsukuyomi can ONLY work by casting the Genjutsu on the moon to reflect on the world.

No, your scans provide an assumption you made which lead to your theory. The words "infinate Tuskyomi" did not show up anywhere in that panel you've displayed.

Now you're mad because most of us don't agree with you. You are basing your "facts" on words bits and pieces gathered by Hogoromo's words and Madara's words.

Infintate Tsukuyomi is not some tech that was created by the Juubi, Kaguya, or the Rikudo Bros. This is a PLAN CREATED BY MADARA TO PLACE THE WORLD UNDER HIS GENJUTSU.

It was never stated what exactly she did with her third eye, or if she used Mugen Tsukuyomi. On the other hand, we know for a fact the Gedou Mazo was inside the moon. So, obviously the sage put it in there somehow.

So, if we put that facts together, it's still extremey likely he created the moon.

I'm probably wrong. But wouldn't common sense say Madara would have needed to know if something like this was even possible. For that to happen, it would have been done in the past.

Kaguya has the eye of the juubi... because she ate the fruit... she didn't need a moon.

Madara, Obito on the other hand only have Sharingan/Rinnegan and therefore they're gonna command the Juubi to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

IT was only possible by 2 people in the past, Rikudou himself, and the Sage's mother.

Rikudou because he had the juubi, Kaguya because she had the strongest sharingan. Madara is now trying to gain close to those 2. Now where do people get she didn't need the moon?

He also describes and talks about tsukuyomi. And he specifically says his mom did it.

All it says it that Madara is trying to get close to Kaguya's and Hogoromo's power now that the transmigration of Indra is over. AGAIN, where does it say Kaguya used the moon to cast infinite Tukuyomi to capture these people? It doesn't she placed them in genjutsu and placed them at the roots of the god tree to keep them locked in their dream world eternally. If she had used the moon to cast everyone in a genjutsu at once....

Why isn't the world over? Are you saying it worked on everyone except her sons and they somehow beat her? That would be cool, but it was never stated she died at her sons' hands. You guys are taking words out of context and twisting them to support your theory.

You are welcomed to do that. But don't pass it off as fact when it is speculation.

Except it does.

It was stated she used it on people. It never says she cast it on the moon. Show me a scan. I wouldn't hire you as a lawyer
