And in the Viz translation tht I have sitting right next to me it just says ocular powers, not "all his eye techniques"

tsukuyomi doesn't need to occur in an instant, in fact the whole time manipulation thing is just as extra added by itachi. When itachi used tsukyomi on sasuke in the kabuto fight, inspite of the fact a second passed, there was no time manipulation. This indicates that the time manipulation is just something unique itachi can do, similar to sasuke adding shape transformation to the amaterasu. I wouldn't be surprised if itachi cast tsukuyomi with his right eye, but manipulated time with his left eye.(we will find out in the 4th databook)

No you stop being stubborn.I've had this exact same argument fifty freaking times and I provided proof of Sasuke not having Tsukiyomi.

No it's not. The ability to control time is something itachi adds to it.

3T Sasuke broke out of it during his fight with Itachi and he was able to because he was an Uchiha

Sasuke only broke out of it because Itachi gave him the open window to do so. Itachi controls the time of his Tsukuyomi, and in the case with 3-T Sasuke, he removed the instant effect of the genjutsu, so that Sasuke is given enough time to break from it. It's just like the whole Danzo situation again.

All the dude did was give Sasuke that one-time Amaterasu shot. Sasuke didn't even have his own MS yet how could he have Tsukuyomi at that point, abd what makes you think Obito would know Itachi gave him borh Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu
