We've never really even seen him use genjutsu though... The most we've (or at least me...) seen of it is when he used that really simple genjutsu on Danzo and some during his fight with Itachi (and again, it didn't come off to be really complex genjutsu).

Also didn't like Obito or someone state that Sasuke isn't all that great when it comes to genjutsu? I'm probably wrong on that, but something tells me I've heard something along those lines before.

And also, hasn't Sasuke only had EMS for a few weeks at most? Not really much to improve on with that. He really seems to be more of the taijutsu and mainly ninjutsu type anyway.

Its completely manga confirmed that he has tsukoyomi. U must master tsukoyomi and Amaterasu in order to obtain susano'o. The manga states this. Also Danzo clearly said to sasuke that when he used it itachi's was better. Sasuke's tsukoyomi has been mention on many manga pages just do a search. But god everybody knows how susano'o is obtained. Also kakashi' and obito dont have it cuz they have one eye each. Which has also been stated.

Go check the pages u'll find it explained. Also tsukoyomi is an sharifian induces genjutsu. There's genjutsu and there's doujustu induced genjutsu. A sharingan induced genjutsu is tsukoyomi. Rennigan users being the higher form of sharingan wud also be able to use tsukoyomi 's as well. Which has only been the main point of this war to stop the OP tsukoyomi of the rennigan users who want to perform the infinite tsukoyomi. Like wow ppl /thread stupid discussion.

It's outdated bruh, it contradicts the with recent chapters

The only reason why it said someone needed Ama + Tsuku was because only Itachi had it and that's what he needed to get susano'o

So going by your logic, you need amaterasu and tsukuyomi to have susano'o but Obito can have it if he had both eyes, even though he doesn't have amaterasu and tsukuyomi?

Databook is outdated and has been contradicted multiple times by Kishi.

Sasuke used Tsukuyomi in his fight against Danzo and Killer Bee.
Sasuke and Itachi are brothers with the same ocular jutsu and blood..that's why they share the same powers.
it has been stated you need to awaken the powers in both eyes which is Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to use Susano'o.

Really, the DB is full of hyperbolic statements and contradicts the manga.
