Yeah, that's what Itachi had to do to unlock it; get amaterasu and tsukuyomi.

No,Susanoo can be awakened only if the MS user unlocked both powers in their eyes.Meaning you don't need Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi for it.And since the spritual weapons were still with Itachi when he was a Edo I doubt Sasuke has them now.

Also, only experienced MS and EMS users can break out of a time controlled Tsukuyomi (Itachi's). It's arguable whether or not Rinnegan users and Hashirama can break out of it.

why should i have when you have the manga yourself? you have internet , you have the manga that kishimoto wrote it , go and read it , yet , you're right saying that he "doesn't" have tsukuyomi , which is something that both of us can agree .
