You also forget he knows and can use all the techniques in Konoha, he is also master of over 1000 illusions. Itachi one shotted Oro with Genjutsu, I'm pretty sure that out of those 1000 illusions he has a S-class Genjutsu. Hiruzen as an old man only had the chakra to create two shadow clones, in his prime he could have done so many more and spammed RDS on a whole new level without having to physically perform it on Orochimaru. Hiruzen in his prime also had exemplary straight, that much raw strength along with Adamantine Staff skills can wreck Orochamu's kenjutsu. You clearly dont have the brain capacity to register that a prime Hiruzen is something Orochimaru will never achieve due to experimenting with his body to the point where he can't even last more than 2 years in a single body. Immense strength overpowers Oro, monstrous chakra overwhelms Oro, rivaling jutsu knowledge to that of Orochimaru's puts him in a pinch. There is nothing Oro can do against 100's of shadow clones spamming his array of techniques and combined with speed and strength and a dash of experience and his nerfing summoning Enma makes Orochimaru in to a spouting toddler.

Pretty sure Orochimaru held the kunai to the neck of Hiruzen's replacement, a few moments later Orochimaru extends a snake to bite Hiruzen and it appears to be a replacement.

Prime Hiruzen solos Orochimaru, the 1st and 2nd Hokages. And he's not 10 years older, hes 20 years older. He was 70 while Orochimaru was 50. That 20 year difference is older than most of you kids on these forums. Orochimaru hasn't won any battle in this manga without getting help from other fighters. He's a little ***** who always relied on others strengths even more than his own. He's basically like a roach; He's insignificant but if you kill him, he keeps coming back.
