What parts exactly? If he would just be vaporized, why didn't Onoki 34 years ago (in his prime), just do it instead of sending 10,000 of his men to the slaughterhouse? The only way to defeat this man is obviously a battle of attrition, in which he can last 3 days and 3 nights. Why didn't Onoki just vaporize him when he was revived? Simple. He cannot. He tried to vaporize Madara, Muu, and Troll Mizukage yet he did not once ever target 3rd Raikage. Why? Simple. He would be wasting chakra because it would do minimal damage versus him or just get nullified by black lightning. Onoki said so himself at the kage summit that he knew Ays father so I'm fairly certain he was much aware of his power and knew he was inferior to him.

You couldn't be more wrong. The third raikage has no chance of tanking jinton-it would disintegrate him at the atomic level. His only chance is to keep evading the jinton, but if he has no knowledge, he may try and tank it.....

How is The 3rd Raikage avoiding an island radius Jinton coming from the sky? On top of that, Muu can turn invisible and shot his Jinton from The Third's blind spots, up in the air, of course. Yes, Saindaime is extremely durable, but Jinton disassembles at the molecular level. If the technique has the potential to turn an island into dust, then I don't know how the Third's armor can tank it.

Depends on the environment. If in an enclosed area, Mu, due to invisibility. If in an open area, 3rd raikage. The reason is that in an open area, there's nowhere to hide as he actives particle style, and 3rd raikage has black lightning, which would help him fight Muu at a range.

You know jinton makes a high screeching notice. And Mu needs to be visible to use it. Raikage ain't getting hit without nothing.

And who says Raikage will just be standing still, the best tactic for Raikage to use if Mu goes invisible is to constantly use the body flicker or keep running at high speeds. Mu can't stay invisible longer than Raikage can run. It's obvious which of the 2 has the more chakra.
