Danzo cannot win against hiruzen for one thing old hiruzen can use easily survive/block/dodge danzo's wind jutsu. Danzo's summon would lose to hiruzen the same way it lost to sasuke which was fire jutsu. Izanagi is just cheating death and can be used to catch someone off guard but hiruzen's has emma and has kage bushins and emma can even use kage bushins, not only that but hiruzen awareness and keen senses are off the charts, he was able to since the edo hashirama and tobirama and block all of their attacks while in the Bringer Of Darkness Genjutsu so I'm sure he will be able to not be caught off guard by danzo pathetic use of izanagi.
