Remember Ay was looking at sasuke and was still able to avoid amaterasu...7th gates Gai is on par with V2 Ay in terms of speed considering his movements aren't human according to Gaara and he was able to attack Madara that fast when Minato got easily reacted to

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying Gai wins..I'm just saying gai won't go down that easily considering the way you're looking at it...I'll say sasuke probably wins this due to his susanoo and nothing else

This ^^ Sasuke can spam amatarasu on his susanoo and keep black flames around it. Sasuke was able to go toe to toe with Ay and fight other kages after that as well and then kill Danzo and was even ready to fight kakashi with arrows. all that in one day before he started to go blind. EMS Sasuke owns but MS Sasuke could win due to Susanoo or he can also kirin on Gai while being in susanoo pretty much Gai cant do anything offensive if Sasuke puts susanoo with black flames which he did against Ay. Gai is tough but he cant win this.

8th Gate, last I checked. Ae never used V2 against Madara. In fact, without Precog, all Gai did was a bunch of Bullshit in 7th Gate and was easily countered.
