Itachi walks up to the Battlefield and see's a Stout man with Blond hair standing before him wearing a Konoha headband.Itachi quickly gathers his doton chakra and slams his hand on the ground and channels doton chakra into it. On doing so, Itachi manipulates the ground present around sanji to raise up upto 5 meters quickly which makes the opponent loose his balance. Since the core rise in only 5 meters, the Puppeteer was very well visible to Itachi. As the opponent loses his balance,Itachi concentrates his chakra and puts the opponent in a genjutsu. On doing so, Snakes appear below the unbalanced opp and constrict him, thereby restricting his movement and also Crushing him. Without wasting any time, Itachi again conc. his chakra and summons a few illusionary purple flowers before the opponent on the ground which attacks him and paralyses him.

Doflamingo is sitting on the floor of the plain training field when suddenly, this kid appears before him and starts looking at him. Immediately, Doflamingo recognized him as Itachi Uchiha, the man who massacred his clan. Of course, Doflamingo did not want to show that he knew Itachi had power, instead being calm and cool. A few moments before Itachi performs his earth technique, Doflamingo's face breaks into a wide grin. This is going to be fun! He feels a tremor in the earth underneath him, knocking him off balance but he manages to stay on his feet. A large section of the earth underneath him is raised a few metres of the air, obviously by an earth jutsu. Then, Doflamingo noticed multiple snakes materialise beneath him to attack him. How was this possible? Doflamingo knew the abilities of famous ninja very well, and the only people who he knew could summon snakes was Orochimaru. Never had he heard of Itachi Uchiha summoning snakes before. In addition to this, Itachi did not even perform any summoning jutsu and it was highly unlikely that there was an underground nest of snakes beneath the Konoha Training Grounds. This had to be genjutsu. Then, even more! Immediately after Purple flowers appeared in front of him, making their way towards him. From Doflamingo's knowlege, the only ninjutsu ability that was able to produce flowers was the Wood Release Kekkei Genkai of Hashirama Senju, giving him the conclusion that both of the events he had just witnessed were genjutsu. Just before the purple flowers were able to reach him, Doflamingo released a surge of lightning chakra through his body that released him from the stack of illusions.

It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.

After releasing himself from the genjutsu, Doflamingo jumps down from the elevation of the ground. He performs a single handseal, casting Itachi into a genjutsu and removing his vision by placing him in a world of infinite darkness, rendering his vision completely useless. Then, Doflamingo performs the Boar and then Tiger handseals in quick succession. He channels his chakra into the ground underneath Itachi, transforming it. The earth turns into a massive mud swamp that spans from a few metres in front of Doflamingo, to long range in front of him (behind Itachi). It is also several metres wide and several metres deep. Itachi would slowly sink into the swamp while the chakra infused into the mud drains him of his chakra and energy, making it impossible to regain his strength or escape from the swamp. Because he is blinded by the genjutsu, Itachi wouldn't even know what was going on, and would sink into the mud and die.

Itachi see the opponent channeling unfocused Lightning energy through out his body. He immediatly came to a conclusion that that lightning surge was to release himself from the genjutsu. As the opponent channels the lightning thorugh his body, Itachi thought of making use of the opportunity to take out the opponent by overpowering him and electrocuting him. Itachi then Quickly condensed the water vapor that is air above the opponent to generate multiple water projectiles that shoot at the opponent with great force and speed. the water projectiles will not only impale the opponent but will also electrocute him as the water is a good conductor of electricity and currently his whole body is channeled with lightning chakra.

Quickly without wasting any time. Itachi quickly gathered his futon chakra m makes the Rat → Rabbit → Dog hand seals and Takes a deeps breath in. After that, he exhales all the gathered chakra as several small blasts of wind chakra in such a manner that they are dispersed over a expansive range. the wind spheres are directed like all the wind blast combined will be covering his entire body. These wind blast are capable of piercing through an opponent's flesh like how a bullet will function. These bullets pierce through the body of the opponent leaving him badly wounded.

Doflamingo notices the water spears heading towards him and immediately stops releasing Raiton chakra from his body. Instead, he performs the Snake handseal and flows earth chakra through his entire body to harden his skin to its utmost limit and causing it it turn into a dark black colour. This increases the defensive power of his body greatly, allowing him to avoid damage from the water projectiles.

Then, Doflamingo sees Itachi performing handseals and release wind from his mouth. Doflamingo dives into the ground while flowing earth chakra through his body, turning the ground underneath him into fine sand and allowing him to "swim" through the ground, avoiding harm from the wind blasts. Doflamingo then moves towards Itachi's location and appears behind him. Then, he swiftly draws his Katana and stabs Itachi in the heart, killing him.
