1. KKG is making 1 element out of 2, so if anything it would create a KKG not KKT (Lava + Wind =/= Wind + Fire + Earth)

2. He used to elements at the same time but he didn't combine them so he shouldn't create anything

Naruto didn't combine the three Seishitsuhenka Futon, Doton and Katon, but Futon and Yōton. Gokū handed his Yōton-chakra to Naruto, not the basic components of these Kekkai Genkai.
The Senpō: Yōton Rasenshuriken is a combination of Futon and Yōton. Jinton on the other hand consists of Futon, Doton and Katon. Three Seishitsuhenka.

Lol you guys are retarded, Rasenshuriken is a Futon attack. Naruto doesn't use shape manipulation on the rasengan to make it look like a shuriken it's the Futon that does it.. How dumb can people be?

But anyway, I think he just used Goku's chakra directly instead of the individual elements. Some how he's able to mold multiple amounts of chakra in one hand.

It has the 4 wind blades while he forms it. The core is a molten Yoton sphere, but otherwise it looks exactly like Futon: Rasenshuriken.

Also why should Rasengan + Yoton Chakra (which is liquid stone) create something that can fly? The shuriken form is "unique" to the mix of Wind and Rasengan.

Bloodline limit allows you to combining two elements in to one. Lava style is not reforming new element with wind. Wind is boosting lava release. They're not mixing like that. Like water and oil.

it's different from combining elements to create kkg from just using different elements at the same time. it's more like he is using magma then putting the fuuton on top of it but not mixing it. that why it didn't make jinton.
