Kokuo and beyhond don't have any elemental jutsus. Dunno where you pulled this off ._.

If you mean special abilities:
Kokuo - has no special ability whatsoever.
Saiken - if you count his acid attacks that's one.
Chomei - has no special ability whatsoever.
Gyuki - produces ink.
Kurama - senses negative emotions.
Shinju - absorbs chakra and has sharingan.

if u had carefully watched invasion of pein arc then u could have noticed kuruma blowtorch fire from its mouth when naruto was caught up in plandtary devastation.

As for every teq in naruto verse is based on chakra.
