Now I saw the spoiler pics (quite a bit this week eh?) but I didn't know for sure if anyone got the full synopsis of the chapter.

Madara is baffled by Guy's chakra not disappearing and wonders what Naruto did. Naruto leaps towards Madara, who reforms his shakujō from his remaining Truth-Seeking Ball just in time to defend himself from Naruto's punch. Madara is surprised that Naruto's hand wasn't consumed by the shakujō, wondering if it's because his own regeneration isn't complete, before concluding that Naruto's powers have increased. Naruto mentally requests Son Gokū's chakra, and creates a senjutsu-enhanced, lava-natured Rasenshuriken. Madara jumps out of the way as it expands, and casts Rinbo: Hengoku.

The way I see it, is he pretty much sends out a invisible gravity bomb to a location that he is looking at, and it goes off like a massive shinra tensei.
