unlikely on that budget but if you look second hand you might have a better chance. especially since you are never really going to get a pc with a decent graphics card on that budget which hasnt compromised on memory or processing power

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600 Memory
MoBo: ECS A970M-A DELUXE v1.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
GPU: GTX 760 2GB Video Card

It about 31.5k rupees.

That's the stuff you could use for a high end build. My buddy has the exact same setup and gets 50+ fps max settings on almost all games 1080p.

But to get a OS, case, powersupply, keyboard/mouse, monitor, and a good headset would be much more.

He means 664.720 US Dollar

You could buy a descent PC config but for a gamer PC you need at least 1000 $.Hope this helps

Do not post if you have no idea what you're talking about. You can build a gaming pc that will play games maxed at 1080p for under $600-$650. My PC I built costed $600 when I built it. It maxed out any game I threw at it with playable frame rates. I then added a 2nd gpu to it for crossfire, overclocked the cpu and through in an extra 8gb of ram.

Now this is what a budget pc is.
But I would add more storage to the first 2 pc. Maybe a bit more watts on the psu.
Doesn't anything above the r9 270/radeon 7850 play everything maxed out with playable frame rates?
