it was stated that edward cullen could kill 30 people in the class in only 2 and a half seconds, putting him into hypersonic speed feats. he could also move to fast that people would simply not notice him before they even realize that their already dead.
also dont forget edward can read though and predict oponnents movement therefore sasuke wont be able to catch him offguard, also readings thoughts reaquires zero difficulty because edward stated himself that they just randomly appear in his vision so its not like he can turn them off. also he is immortal and has infinite amount of stamina, while sasuke would eventually get tired.
Also edward is immune to biological restrains, he is not affected by poison, chemical substances, nerve gas, illusion or genjutsu because he already is dead, meaning that his durability is much stronger than sasuke. same goes to his strength when he was able to rip the tree off of its root easily, sasuke has no real strength apart of normal human level, since he doesn't even lift. While edward casual tap is enough to break a humans bone.
So in the end if both were to face each other edward would surely win. because his durability is better than sasuke.
