Logic doesnt come into this, and neji solo's by cutting the chakra threads and exploding Kankuro's heart.

This goes to Neji quite easily.

Neji's Byakugan and acute chakra control entails dissection of the chakra strings and utilization of Kankuro's inevitable temporary vulnerability, and invulnerability to various concealed puppet traps.

Also consider Neji's observing the inner workings of each puppet during the fight... This will allow him to deduce their workings as well as offensive/defensive implications, and prove to be quite advantageous.

I doubt Kankuro will have time to notice or find his blind spot. Sasori being a puppet doesn't really make a difference, he can repel almost all of sasori's attacks and cut his chakra strings with gentle fist.
