IMO Jiraiya wins mid diff. His summonings can tank Sasori, although Sasori could use Iron Sand to counter them. Whilst doing this though J-man could just put a sound genjutsu on Sasori or use SM Ultra Big Ball Rasengan.

In this location there're lots of places to hide. If Jiraiya managed to keep himself far away from Nagato's paths long enough to enter SM, i don't see why he can't do the same against Sasori. Once that happens its game over for Sasori.
