Something that I don't understand

Naruto had possessed all of the Bijuus' chakra (except Ichibi and Hachibi) from his fight with Tobito.

But it's just only recently that those Bijuus appeared in his "bijuu dimension". And he is able to use Son Goku's chakra now.

Before this, he never use their chakra (except for pulling the bijuus from Juubito), and they didn't appear to talk to him either.

Need logical explanation for this.

He only tapped into their power after sage upgrade. We even get an entire panel showing naruto's hand with the circle on it before he uses that same hand for magma style.

But still that doesn't explain logically why they didn't appear at all before the sage's appearance. What makes them different from Kurama that were always there to interact with Naruto.

Well nothing. Naruto just never found a reason to talk to them before. Whenever we saw Kurama it was because naruto was begging him for power. In the same way, we only saw son because naruto was begging him for power. Seeing as He just got a powerup from sage, i'll infer...

He's now able to get power from them = He starts begging for power = we start seeing them.

In fact, we can probably theorize that he can only be in one BM mode at a time... Seeing as he's the jin of kyuubi, he possessed the chakra of the other beasts, but he could never use them to go into any BM mode. Now, however, he's in some weird, advanced mode where He's in BSM without any cloak or eye markings. Implying he's a perfect sage right now potentially constantly absorbing chakra. While, ontop of that, he can switch between BM modes on the fly. Who knows, this is speculation.
