Question About 3 Sannin

Out of the 3 Sannin, the only one we have some kind of family bloodline history about is Tsunade. She is from the Senju Clan. Which leads me to question where are Orochimaru and Jiraiya from? Or what clans are they in if they have one

I don't really see what perks Tsunade actually gained from her Senju lineage. Maybe the strong life force to allow her use techniques such as sozo saisei?

She's actually a Senju-Uzumaki hybrid because of her grandmother being Mito Uzumaki.

It shows in the fact that she survived being bifurcated and was still able to summon Katsuyu - despite having had a long, hard battle against Edo Madara too.
