If the above is Legitimate to be called one versatile jutsu, then I will go with "Henge no jutsu".

Amaterasu and Chidori both are specialities of Sasuke and he has shown to be able to alter their form to suit almost any purpose needed. Amaterasu being one of the hardest jutsus to dodge and/block in the entire Narutoverse levels it at just if not more versatile than the Rasengan.
