Base Naruto Kage lvl?

It's been a while since we've seen Base Naruto. But there was one thing I was wondering. Could he fight on par with Oro or J-man in base mode? We know that he doesn't have anymore problems with his chakra control, but has anything else improved thanks to his new power ups? What do you guys think?

Yes he is kage level....he can still use rasenshuriken....and super large rasengan, and he was easily evading kyuubi, something even orochimaru couldn't ( against 4 tails )

He always had huge chakra reserves. That doesn't make him cage level.

No he didn't. He needed 2 Jonins to back him up plus Kakuzu already lost his main heart(Domo) and chakra.

My bad I overlooked the "Base", in that way he was Low Kage-High Jounin level and now High Kage.
