Even ppl that aren't in the leaf village know not to look in an uchihas eye's.

And if no Intel goes both ways there's nothing stopping minato from directly marking itachi.

Someone made a worst opponents to not have intell on thread. Minato and Itachi's names came up a lot. I was looking for insight from fans of Minato on why they believe Minato was over Itachi. It's 4 am where I am if I wanted to rustle jimmies I would have waited till after noon

Funny thing itachi doesmt even need his eyes to put some1 in genjutsu....
also fun fact. In a real life fight u barely look into oponents eyes and its not that hard as they displayed it in the manga in a realfight mosts fighters look at the opponents chest(this way u can see his whole body including possible attavks from him like kicks and such...)
