The way I see it, we should be voting for Uchiha Lee since he voted for him. Also, he said don't vote for Yanks, so he's probably not Kira. He may have investigated Godly in order to look for assistants.

He didn't die because of Kira, he died because he looked into a Shinigami's role. A better suggestion would be to think of who Behaku suspected since that's why he looked into them. We can then find the Shinigami.
