Probably a bad idea to close your eyes in the middle of a jutsu xD. People will exploit that.
Also, you can't dodge jutsu. You have to use another jutsu to dodge, block, or counter.

Sooooooooooo much better. It's actually quite a good combo. Using the lightning as a distraction, while your clone attacks from above. It's good in theory, but you made one major mistake. The E ranked shadow clone technique is not tangible, you cannot make it hold or throw anything or even perform jutsu. Think of it as a hologram of yourself, it has no physical form. The shadow clone jutsu you were looking for is here:

Performing the Jutsu I begin gathering a small amount of chakra in both my hands. i then, using chakra manipulation, transform my chakra to Raiton and at the same time i perform the nescessary handseals Tiger → Snake → Dog and release a electric current from my palms heading towards the clone. when the current is closing in on the tree i use my chakra controll to make the current avoid the tree and hit the clone from the sides.

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: you can mix it with a watertechnique to make it more leathal.

Ways to Counter: A D-rank or higher wind technique could cancel the current i belive. also i think you can avoid it by raising a pillar from the ground and be sent in the air.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): can be used as a sneakattack against a hidden oponent if you know where he is. can hit multiple oponents.

Rate the technique out of ten: 7/10 its a usefull technique but its easy to counter if you know basic wind techs.

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: A great way to use this is when an oponent is running towards you, you use the "Water style: water encampment wall" and then follow up with this jutsu, frying them, like Darui did to Sasuke.

Ways to Counter: a fairly powerfull stream of wind should be a good counter or you can go underground, avoiding it entirely.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): A great paralyzing technique since you can controll the force of it. Works very good with water jutsu's and can be used longranged if mixed with suiton.

Ways to Counter: now i belive a great way to use this technique against the one who performed it is to send a few bullets of water towards him/her. when the water is close i belive it will be "infected" with the lightning and when it hits the target it will paralyze them.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): A great shield against fast Taijutsu users or sneakattacks.

Then,I repeat the process over again but this time I make it more powerful as it completely rips through the dummy.
