Jiraiya can seal Amaterasu away. Jiraiya can erect a sensing barrier around himself. You agree that Nagato can win but Jaraiya > Nagato if there was intel.

There aren't much feats for Shisui but it was shown that KA works on Itachi easily. Shisui uses KA.

Believe in the Hype. Have you not seen what Edo Hiruzen is doing? Grandpa Hiruzen countered Edo Hashi and Tobirama.

Tobirama. Use hyper-speed to get to Truth Telling Ball and then deflect it. Spam FTg. Itachi has no jutsu that touches Tobirama.

Ay dodged Ameterasu. What jutsu does Itachi have that will work on Ay?

Mu. Dust Release. Splitting Body. Levitating and Flying. Becoming Invisible with undetectable chakra.
