Not this again......:|

Now time limit means that it's infinite speed, not no speed.

You have no evidence that Shisui was faster than Minato on foot.

Minato was also clearly known for body flicker.

Minato only used body flicker, yet Obito said "you live up to your moniker." He was clearly known for both FTG and body flicker. Yellow Flash is a reference that he looks like a yellow flash when he moves insanely fast. It's a nickname related to his speed, not exclusive to FTG. Also...

It's clear that he's a body-flicker master.
There is no such thing as infinite speed. The fastest thing you can ever get is lightning, and its speed, distance, and time has been calculated. FTG doesn't use speed. You need to divide distance by time in order to get the speed, and FTG doesn't use any of those factors. This is simple knowledge.

Where did I say Minato has slow Shunshin? I never said that. Stop making things up. He was called Yellow Flash, because he has yellow hair and he moves instantly (FTG).

My evidence on Shisui is faster, since he was named on specifically on Shunshin, while Minato was on FTG. That's my evidence.

Minato's hype emanates from Hiraishin, while Shisui's hype emanates from Shunshin. The two are different jutsu; the former is literal teleportation, while the latter is actual movement speed, albeit very fast.
Lol, please show me the scan where it says Minatos hype comes from FTG, I'll wait.

Minato uses the body flicker here, yet Tobi says he lives up to his reputation. So obviously minato was more than just FTG, he was the fastest mam alive:

Shisui is faster in foot, thus he has better shunshin.
The OP asked which technique is the faster body flicker.
Firstly, you need to prove that Minato travels faster than the speed of light seeing that you're bringing physics into the argument.
Obito used Kamui right in front of Minato and Minato still escaped:

Then there's this:
Trivia
Although it is often compared with the Body Flicker Technique, the speed and range of this technique are much greater. In principle, this technique is instead more similar to the Summoning Technique, as it revolves around the manipulation of the space–time continuum rather than accelerated movement. However, instead of bringing something to the user, it sends them somewhere. The technique was referred to as a Body Flicker Technique (瞬身の術, Shunshin no Jutsu) on different occasions, though.[21]
A space-time continuum jutsu breaks the rules of space and time and can therefore break the speed of light.
However Shunshin is not a space-time continuum jutsu and cannot be faster than the speed of light.

Flying Thunder god Technique > Body Flicker Technique.
However, the OP asked which technique is the faster Body Flicker.
FTg is not a body flicker and so the faster body flicker is Shunshin.

I meant to say that prove that Shuunsin is faster than the speed of light in the beginning. I did not mean to say prove that FTG is faster than the speed of light. My bad.

Shisui is absolutely featless in the department. Saying his Shunshin exceeds Minato's is like me saying Hiruzen is unparalleled in Ninjutsu. Minato is faster until shown otherwise. Also people must realise that as Minato has access to Hiraishin, which is far better, there is literally no need for Minato to demonstrate his Shunshin. The times he has demonstrated it however, it was very quick. So just because Shisui is known for it, it doesn't mean its better than Minato's.

There's two things you need to understand about lightning. Firsty, "Lightning" is electrical current, which heats the air, the heated air molecules produce EM radiation which include light waves. Secondly, A lightning bolt propagates by a having sufficient voltage to breakdown the normally insulating barrier of air between the charged clouds or between a charged cloud and the ground. The breakdown is not a simple effect but it essentially a cascade of ionisation of the gases that make up the intervening air. This does not occur at lightspeed. Lightning is slower than light.
Not that whichever one is quicker matters. I get your point.
FTg has a speed. It does cross a certain amount of distance in a certain speed. The reason for this is simple. You can never be in two locations at the same time. That means if you've changed location. You've changed time. Minato moves locations. If the time hasn't changed. He would be in two locations at the same time. Also if the time doesn't change. If the time stays at 0. He is invincible because every other action in the universe is paused.

I've already proved that Minato moves within some time parameter. I've also proved its faster than the speed of light. Shunshin obeys the speed of light. Therefore FTg is faster. But OP asked which one is the faster body flicker technique. FTg is not a body flicker. Therefore Shunshin wins.

Well in Ultimate Ninja Storm revolution they've made Shisui way faster than Minato :(
I don't know if this was a Joke meant to lighten the mood or an actual argument but if it was a joke then cool.
minato is dead nor is he still the fastest

Juubidara Juubito Gai>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Minato in speed

also teleportation isnt speed

shisui stomps
You can't be in two locations at the same time. Therefore if you've change location, you've change time. If you change both those factors, speed can be measured.
Juubidara, Juubito and Gai are limited by the speed of light. Minato isn't.

Minato's hype emanates from Hiraishin, while Shisui's hype emanates from Shunshin. The two are different jutsu; the former is literal teleportation, while the latter is actual movement speed, albeit very fast.
They're both movement speed as I proved earlier.

I can't believe that ppl thinks that Minato was known as the fastest ever only cuz he use FTG.....If that was the case Tobirama and Minato would share the Title "The Fastest Man Ever" which they didn't btw .

You need to stop making bs about FTG's speed. If it has speed, then bring calculation of its speed. The Databook had already stated that FTG moves instantly. The Databook is written by Kidhimoto. This is its text:

Hiraishin no Jutsu (Flying Thunder God Technique)
Name: Hiraishin no Jutsu, 飛雷神の術, literally "Flying Thunder God Technique"
Type: S-rank, Supplementary, All ranges
Users: Fourth Hokage
The jutsu of the Fourth Hokage and the reason behind his nickname "The Yellow Flash of Konoha" (木ノ葉の黄色い閃光, Konoha no Kiiroi Senkō).
This jutsu allows the user to move over large distances with ultra-high speed. Although it is often compared with the Shunshin no Jutsu, the speed of the Hiraishin is much faster than that of the Shunshin and the principle behind Hiraishin is similar to Kuchiyose no Jutsu.
To activate this jutsu, the user needs a special seal or "Jutsu-shiki" (術式, "Technique" or "Jutsu formula") to mark the destination. After this is done, the user can almost instantaneously transport himself to the location of the Jutsu-shiki.
The Fourth applied the Jutsu-shiki in advance to weapons such as kunai. It is also possible to leave a Jutsu-shiki in an area touched by the user.
It is one of the few only known non-Kekkei-Genkai techniques created that the Sharingan/Byakugan cannot follow. It is because of this technique that Konoha came out victorious in the Iwa-Konoha Ninja War.
The name, Hiraishin, is also the phonic of the Japanese word 避雷針, a lighting rod; that may explain why the Fourth needed jutsu-shiki for this to work.

No point in denying that FTG has no speed, because its instant. And where did you get this radius from? It has no radius.

You should read the op. Thread is asking; who has faster body flicker, Minato or Shisui? Read before you post.

They were famous in different times... Tobirama could even be Minato's grandpa you know xD
And Minato's shunshin > than Tobirama's, so if they lived in the same era Minato would be the one holding the title regardeless of FTG.

Almost instantaneously is not equal to instantaneously. It has a speed. I never mentioned anything about radii. I read the OP, that's why I said this earlier:

Oh and the text says that it moves with Ultra-High speed. I guess it's you who needs to read a bit more carefully.

Do you understand what ''Almost'' means? It means: Barely any difference between full and almost. In other words, there is no difference. Therefore, FTG still remains instant. If you deny it further, not only that I will ignore you, but also bring me its actual speed.

The op asked who has better Shunshin, Minato or Shisui:
Shisui Uchiha
