Luffy is renowned for his trademark straw hat (from which he gets his nickname "Straw Hat Luffy"), which was lent to him when he was young by his very best friend. He wears short trousers along with sandals and a sleeveless red vest. Luffy also has a scar with two stitches underneath his left eye (which he earned by stabbing a knife under his eye to show Konoha that he was tough) and short black hair. He was severely wounded in a very large war, leaving a large X-shaped scar on his chest. Appearing to be scrawny underneath his shirt, he has a surprisingly well-built physique. No matter where he is, Luffy wears his Straw Hat through absolutely everything, though at the start, the hat was prone to getting knocked off his head easily, forcing Luffy to either put it aside or have someone hold onto it during fights. After a few months, he has gotten a string strap for it, allowing the hat to hang from his neck during fights. Sometimes, Luffy wears an open, long-sleeved red cardigan with four buttons (which shows the X-shaped scar covering most of his chest he received in the great world war), with a yellow sash tied around his waist.

Luffy's two dominant traits are his apparent lack of intelligence and his utter fearlessness. Luffy can easily be amazed by the simplest things, such as hermit crabs, and can be confused by concepts such as that by digging a hole right next to another he may be unintentionally filling the other hole. Also, at larger concepts, he will instantly call a mystery. He likes monsters and will ask weird creatures to join his group. He also has no knowledge of medicine, when his friend had a high fever he told her to eat cold food. When attempting to think up a plan, while he managed to make some logical sense of where to look, he is seen to strain himself and notes that he is going to feel sick from too much thinking. Luffy's absent mind sometimes helps him escape grave dangers. If Luffy finds something he does not understand, even if someone explains in detail, he calls it a "mystery thing"; like calling dance powder a "mystery powder". The same cannot be said when he is on the field of battle, though; he has been known to dodge bullets with ease. It has been stated more than once that Luffy's instinct and behavior is similar to that of a wild animal's, like when he knows who he has to fight before he even gets to the battle. Even his fights show this as he relies on his instincts and counter attacks. This compliments the way he views the world. He is most often seen smiling, except in a fight where he is forced to use all his power (and sometimes even then). Luffy also seems to rarely change personality wise. Because he views the world in a straightforward and simple manner, he is occasionally the only person who can see past events that have taken place and realize the true goal, yet at other times he can fall into the simplest of traps. He is, however, a genius when it comes to fighting. Luffy's simple attitude and naïve comments during fights are often mistaken by his opponents as poking fun at them. Due to this, many of his opponents lose their cool and charge at him in anger. While he is goofy and reckless, he gets quite serious when anyone is in serious danger, notably his crew, whom he considers his family. Luffy also has the tendency to unwittingly poke fun at an opponent's most sensitive trait. Luffy also shows significant leadership skills, which at other times he usually lacks and therefore has his captain duties done by another crew member. An example of his leadership is usually present at the most dire and serious times.

歴史|History
Luffy's story begins at one of the well known Hidden Village located in the glorious Land Of Fire. The village was Konohagakure. He was born to a very well known shinobi named Monkey D. Dragon. One day, his father suddenly died protecting a person during a very important mission. This has saddened Luffy a lot and made him determined to become powerful and even kill the people who killed his father. At a very young age, Luffy went to the academy entrance and was being scolded at. To prove himself worthy, Luffy took a knife and stabbed it below the eye. Seeing his determination, a person gave him a straw hat and Luffy carries it wherever he goes, hence the name "Straw Hat Luffy". During his academical age, he proved himself to be the number one of the entire academy with 10 out of 10 marks in all fields. This made him an outstanding student and had the capability to defeat anyone in the academy. Luffy has the taste of gaining new powers and treasures. One day, Luffy noticed a clan called Mandalore taking in people, so Luffy being keen in new powers, signed up to be a recruit of the clan. After a while, when he was accepted, he was given his armor and was trained very hard on how exactly to use it. Soon after a few months, Luffy progressed to a very high level that he was given permission to utilize all the powers of the Mandalore and was the highest ranking member in the clan before the Generals. Luffy is known to be one of the most loyal person in the clan and also has the determination to even die for it. Luffy can be dumb sometimes, behaving weird like even a common crab seems a bit new to him. he exaggerates a lot and calls his friends with a nickname which they don't like. But coming to battles, he has a very powerful advantage due to armor he has. His journey on becoming the world's strongest person has just started.

Mastery over Fire
Since Luffy has practiced all day and night trying to figure out new things and tactics on how to use fire. He has progressed in that element to such a level that he can perform any fire technique within a single hand seal.
Affinity towards Lightning
Being his second favorite element due it being very destructive and quick, Luffy has took a liking towards it. After hard work of training, Luffy managed to reach such a level that he was able to perform all lightning techniques with faster hand seals than a ordinary shinobi.
Mandalorian Techniques
Since Luffy is a very loyal member of the clan, his leader allowed him access to the usage of all techniques present in the clan. Which count to the number four. Currently, Luffy holds the Mandalorian Master position in his clan.

Description: This is the basis of the clans abilities. The higher your up in the rank the more your armor will be upgraded to a more powerful state. Each Rank have their own set starting With E Rank Mandolorian, D Rank Mandolorian Scout, C Rank Mandolorian Fighter. Etc.. The activation of the armor is through channeling chakra all throughout the armor . Causing the functions of the armor to activate. The armor's helmet possesses a pair of special lenses on them and foreign chakra to the rest. The foreign chakra is able to almost instantly channel into the human brain from the helmet when foreign chakra is detected inside the body, these lenses are like the Dojutsus that the Uchihas possess to a limit. These lenses give the user the ability to track the speed as the 1 tomoe sharingan. The armor and all it's abilities can then be controlled via voice command. The armor is made from a special chakra emitting metal and can deflect simple kunai & shuriken without receiving damage. The armor transmits data to it's user allowing the user to effectively use his 5 sense(including touch) All armors have communicators inside of them aswell, to communicate with each other even while inside the armor. Furthermore the Mandalorian armor has many sensing aids which boost the user's visual perception. Also the part of the armor covering the users mouth can open if there is a concentration of chakra in the user's mouth, allowing the user to spew out attacks normally. The armor's jet-pack is operated by a fuel tank which is compartmentalized to prevent accidental explosions.
Jet-Pack: The user gains the ability to fly and maneuver in sky using his pressurized Jet-pack. The Jet-Pack moves the user around at his/her base speed level. Can fly for two turns at a time with a one-turn recharge time. The jetpack can be used a total of five times before it runs out of fuel.
Immunity to C-rank and Below Taijutsu as well as Simple Weapons: Due to it's strong material the Mandalorian armor can absorb the damage dealt by C-rank and below Taijutsu.
-Chakra Sensing Using the armors helment the user gains the ability to see chakra but not differentiate between shadow clones.
-Motion Sensing: The helmet allows the user to better track and see objects in motion. This ability is equivalent to the motion sensing of a 1T Sharingan.
-Infrared and Heat Seeking: The armor's helmet allows the user to see and seek heat signatures using infrared vision.
-Vibrating Sword: By vibration his sword the user can increase his cutting ability as well as the power of his Kenjutsu (+15). This can be done twice per battle and lasts for two turns.
-Speed Stimulants LVL 1: The user's speed is increased 50%. Lasts for two turns.
-Speed Stimulants LVL 2: The user's speed is doubled. Lasts one turn.
-Strength Stimulant LVL 1: The user's power is increased and all his Taijutsu deal +15 damage. Lasts two turns.
-Strength Stimulants LVL 2 (2 CB per turn): The user's power is increased and all his Taijutsu deal +30 damage. Lasts one turn.
-Once a stimulant is used, the user must wait two turns before using another stimulant again.

Description : The will to keep fighting even if in the worsts situations or simply the will and pride a mandolore has. Mandolorians whom want to keeping fighting for their sheer thirst for blood, will use their will and force from deep within them, to keep fighting and gain a small boost. Only the strongest of the Mandolorian clan members are able to use this, feeling the need to protect their younglings and having too much pride to lose a battle. Upon using their will, the Mandolore gains +5 extra to all ninjutsu they use, and +10 to all taijutsu aswell. After the technique is worn out, the user's stamina decreases depending on the situation. If used at the start of battle then they will decrease -5 on all ninjutsu and -10 to all taijutsu he uses, for the next turn only. If used when being already worn out (after 4-6 turns have passed before using) their stamina will decrease the same way, however, it will remain like that for the following 3 turns.
Note: Only lasts 5 turns.

Description : By focusing a great amount of a specif chakra within the user's armor (depends on the element's nature) , the user gains the ability to become a legend in this specific elements, meaning the user gets a pass to the master of this specific element which is the ability of using any technique of this specific element with the usage of one single handseal, being able to perform it faster than the normal shinobi and addition abilities which depends on the user's rank within the Mandalorian clan. Once the user channels his chakra within his armor, his armor gets the color of the specific element and when activating two elements at the same time the color of the armor becomes a combination of the two specific elements.
