EMS Sasuke stalemates with and fully occupies BSM Naruto; given the properties of his Eternal Mangekyo. There is nothing BSM Naruto wields that Sasuke cannot either defend against, intercept or negate entirely. This issue is for Itachi and Minato to take down Nagato (cloak or not) which can be done strategically in numerous ways. Nagato has never been exposed to Itachi's level of Genjutsu, a thing to which he remains susceptible in every regard----extending this susceptibility to each of his Kuchiyose. It therefore renders all Rin'negan paths which require close combat or to be in close proximity of the opponent not only useless but also a potential threat to Nagato as if he does decide to utilize them, he would be caught in Genjutsu and finished off----That is: Human Path, Naraka Path as well as Asura Path and Preta Path to the stated extent. Now the issue of actually stopping him as stated prior can be executed strategically. Itachi initially summons 3 karasu's while Minato tag's him with a Jutsu Shiki. A Healthy Itachi accordingly with the Sharigan's insight blazes Nagato with Amatearasu while Minato hands a Hirashin Kunai to each Karasu which then travels in a triangular course around Nagato, the apex Karasu being high above Nagato's standing point. The Eastward and Westward Karasu ground their respective Kunai while the Northward Karasu drops it's Kunai atop Nagato. During this time, Namikaze creates 2 Kagebunshin which teleport to the Eastward and Westward Kunai respectively and throw two more Kunai towards Nagato. Simultaneously Namikaze teleports the real Itachi to the Kunai falling above Nagato to which he would then activate his completely Susano'o and it's anchoring functions to seal Nagato once more; Yata no kagami being in use only if Nagato decides to turn his attention to Itachi and ignore Namikaze's bunshin's which would also leave him susceptible to a Hirashin V2 combo from each Bunshin which would once more leave him open to Totsuka no Tsurugi. Deva path's uselessness against Itachi and Minato is radiant. Chibaku Tensei is sealed with Totsuka no Tsurugi in it's early stages or teleported by Minato; only amounting to a wastage of chakra by Nagato. Shinra Tensei across a 300m distance is blocked by the Yata-no-Kagami or evaded by Namikaze teleporting both himself and Itachi via the Karasu strategy. If Nagato summons the Mazou across a 300m distance he would be dead before the dragons reach Team one or cancel the Jutsu to save his live, once more leaving him in an incapacitated state. Even if it is summoned within a reachable range, Hirashin and bunshin feints would make it impossible for them to make physical contact.
