Should i be mad?

So i live far away from my boyfriend. I'm at college and he's at my home town. I don't see him for weeks at a time. he's been having issues with one of his long time guy friends and has been wanting to hang out with him to patch up their friendship. I've been fine with it.


Tonight they were finally gonna hang out. he asked if i was ok with them hanging out. I said yes.

he didn't text me till like 12:30. I asked how it went, he said they were still out. I told him honestly that i thought i was ok with it, but he's never out till 12:30 even when he's with me. he said they were just driving around. I told him this wasn't alright and he's like "its fine, sorry i didn't realize how long it'd been since i texted".

Him and i talked about this till like 1:30 when he said she was talking on his street. They continued to talk till 3 before he finally went home. All the while i told him please go home i'm not ok with this and he's hurting me.

he's like "i know i'm being an ass but he's one of my best friends".

I told him i was officially mad and that i would talk to him tomorrow.


Am i wrong for being mad? thats not an ok thing for a taken man to do right? Hang out alone with a guy till 3 o'clock in the morning?

Him and i talked about this till like 1:30 when he said he was talking on his street. They continued to talk till 3 before he finally went home. All the while i told him please go home i'm not ok with this and he's hurting me.

I've been in that kinda situation and honestly I think it's justified. You're aloud to be sketched out about a guy. It's not to say that a girl isn't aloud to have a guy for a best friend, but guys are just tough to trust most of the time. And with the thing of her staying out late with him but never with you, that's what gets me. So I say you're fine, but be easy with it and don't get offensive and rough, or it could just end.

OT: If this is real I think you should not be mad at her. I think you should have broken up before you left for college. Long distance relationships cannot work. To have any kind of relationship you have to see eachother, talking on the phone just isn't the same.
