Do you understand anything of what Madara was seeing when we saw the little orb of chakra on his HEART? That was the chakra going to his heart, not his chakra reserves replenishing. The chakra to his heart is basically his lifeforce, and Naruto brought it back to normal from ****ing dead in 3 seconds due to Gai opening the Gates
