In Chapter 646 Madara went into detail how Kaguya had a son who defeated the Ten Tails... he explained that he learned all his information from the uchiha tablet. Why wasn't there mention of two sons being born? Why isn't there a mention anywhere that two people fought against the beast and that the two brothers were fighting eternally?

Has anyone else wondered this?

We don't know. Hagoromo didn't write it on the tablet, I guess.

But he didn't write the tablet... He says the Uchiha did. Which would mean that his brother wrote it.

the one who wrote , was the so6p or the so6p brother.

Hagoromo wrote it, he said it himself. The OP asked why there wasn't a mention of 2 people fighting the Juubi. That's why I said that Hagoromo didn't write it.

You're all wrong. There was a translation error. Hagoromo stated Indra and the Uchiha were the ones who inscribed the tablet.
