I have a few.

Kiba: Kiba was my first favorite character in Naruto. I like his fun attitude and his relationship with Akamaru. He's a cool guy.

Jugo: Jugo is probably my overall favorite Naruto character (Gaara may tie him) because I love the good vs evil, two sides of a coin, split personality. I can relate to Jugo, when not angry. Very calm, to himself, just being okay. I used to have a quick fuse when it comes to anger, so I could also relate to that at that time. Jugo's just a really great character. He's loyal.

Gaara: Gaara is one of the most beautifully written characters ever. His entire story is compelling and great. Again, I can relate and he just draws me in. So interesting.

Obito: One of the best minds. I believe he believed what he preached. A really really really interesting thought process and I just love it.

Sasori: Just a beautful, sad story. I really like the theme with puppetry too.

Tenten: She's just so much fun <3

It's all personality based for me.

Rock lee - tries harder than anyone else and even without genjutsu or ninjutsu has become a strong ninja.. i like his fighting style and attitude and his fights were always the best to me

Kimimmaru - i love this guys ability his fight with rock lee and gaara was also amazing and his calm and collected attitude was great.. i admire his loyalty even if it was to orochimaru and was able to move through sheer force of will and was even able to almost beat the 2 strongest genin and would have done if not for his disease

Gaara - love his abilities with sand... his psychopathic mindset during part 1 really made him an interesting character and then you see how he progresses.. into a calm and collected character aswell

Minato - i love his fighting style he is the only ninja who is as strong as he is without an Massively large scale destruction abilities he is from no special clan his FTG tech holds so much potential that if it wasnt for plot holding him back he could have helped a lot more in the war.. i also tend to have a thing for the fast characters
