This filler has made the 3rd Hokage the worst Hokage

It being filler is irrelevant, we already knew this from canon that Hiruzen made many terrible decisions due to his indecisiveness. The filler just made it more obvious by actually showing some of these events instead of just hearing about them.

You kidding? What's filler in the first place? Something that isn't related to Ongoing story-line of manga or something that doesn't have any input from the author.

These recent so called "FILLERS" got serious amount of input from Kishimoto,they deal with the past of the cannon characters,a very delicate issue,come full round with the plot and ongoing main story line which makes them cannon. Now I know you'll jump on RTN but then that wasn't cannon cause that has nothing to do with the events of current story line in any logical sense. Not to mention that was a movie as well.

All in all,these recent episodes are all canon.

What did Hiruzen do to Danzo after the Uchiha drama? Did he kill him for his crimes and the fact that he ignored the Hokage orders? Did you ban him from the village? Did he atleast strip him from his position in the council or roots? Nothing, Hiruzen did absolutly nothing, so how is any of what was shown in this episode filler?

Hiruzen is and always was a pathetic leader but his bad leadership was always overshadowed by something els. All this ''filler'' arc did is highlight what a piece of shit Danzo is and that Hiruzen is an incompetent leader.

I have to agree. Hiruzen was incompetent. He is the cause of many of the bad things that have happened. Why he didn't keep a better eye on Danzo after Danzo tried to kill him I will never understand. He had another opportunity to put the brakes on Danzo when he had Root try to kill Kakashi and he let him go free again. For someone who was called the Professor he had pretty bad judgement as far as Danzo and Orochimaru were concerned.

I would say that Tobirama made a bad decision when he picked Hiruzen but it is hard to tell how someone is going to turn out. At the time he appointed him Hiruzen was young, brave and exceptionally skilled. He mastered all 5 nature transformations, knew and could use just about all of Konoha's jutsu. Could recognize what jutsu people were going to use because he knew all of the hand seals and the list goes on.
