Itachi takes this. he has shown proficiency in his Ninjutsu, he speed and reaction rates far outclass Kakashi's, and let's not mention his shuriken-jutsu. In CQC and combat in general, he wrecks Kakashi.

I'm under the impression this is Sharingan-less Kakashi vs Sharingan-less Itachi

This is a tough call but i'll have to give this to Kakashi because he has Raikiri while Itachi has fireball and exploding water clones. Although Itachi does have intelligence over him.

Part 2 Kakashi fought Kakuzu's 3 hearts and Hidan at the same time and avoided all their attacks and then defeated Obito in a 1 vs 1. And stamina makes a huge difference for Kakashi because he can go all out and spam his best jutsu, instead of conserving his chakra.

So no part 1 Kakashi is not the same as part 102. If you really believe that then don't bother to reply because I won't have anything left to say to you.

An almost base Naruto beat Kakuzu, and Shikimaru beat Hidan.. Kakashi was deperately trying to catch up with them. It's honestly not that big of a deal. A healthy Itachi, which is what we're talking about here, fought a Taijutsu battle against KCM Naruto and Killer Bee tag teaming him... THAT'S insane. And you do realize Kakashi only beat Obito because it was necessary for the plot, right? Obito would wipe the floor with Kakashi easy if he so wanted. He became "good," which seems to happen to wayyy too many great villains imo :/.

Itachi has water and fire, and to say that all it takes to win is more elements is absolutely ignorant. If that was the case then the Sandaime would solo the whole entire Naruto universe. :'(

Kakashi's whole arsenal is in some way related to Sharingan (except for Chidori), he copied mostly of his jutsus with Sharingan, so he only stay with Chidori and he can't use Chidori effectively without his Sharingan, so i go with Itachi.
