Lmao. Danzo had a sharingan, He instantly broke the genjutsu shishui placed on him, then used Izanagi to drop a "Suprise motherf*cker". Needless to say, shishui was definitely surprised. If that fight went on, there was a slim chance that danzo might have needed to use his second arm. But only a slim one U_U
