A ninjutsu where one sends their chakra into the subject's nervous system, thus gaining complete control of the target's body. The enemies, this technique is cast upon, are completely under the users' control, as their bodies become disconnected from their will. The difference between this, and the Mind Body Switch Technique is, the caster doesn't project their consciousness into the enemies body. No one can counter this as there is no counter. It doesn't matter how many manga scans Madara searches for on the Wiki, or whatever fan-fiction he tries to write. Hiruzen disconnects Madara's mind from his body and steps in the driver seat. It doesn't matter what Madara has to say, he can scream like a cat under a fat man for all Hiruzen cares, it won't change the result. Hiruzen makes Madara his puppet; from there he can do what he pleases, like cut off his own head, or whatever.

Hiruzen can take Madara out for some fine dinning, or to the mall to get a smoothie, then they can go home and catch the football whilst Madara makes dinner. Then Hiruzen can tuck him in and put out his lights, for good, and Madara just has to deal with it.
