The statues from 671 cover page were in the anime

The statues from this page were in the background of the area where danzo stole shisui's eyes I wanted to see if anybody has any idea if this means anything

They are similar but not the same. The one in the anime has second pair of eyes on it's forehead, kind of what Itachi showed to Sasuke during their fight.

They're quite similar but not the same, notice Sauce's statue(behind him) has only two, and the one at the temple(?) has six.
Scratch that they're entirely different upon closer inspection.

The difference is really because the statue is just a statue based on villagers interpretation and the one in the cover page is a highly detailed coloring of the actual thing
