Would the sound 5 be on MS Sasukes lvl if they managed to stay alive and evolve their skills? How strong would they be at the point in the manga when Sasuke got his MS?

Sakon and Ukon were noted by Orochimaru to be the strongest and fastest of the entire Sound Four, surpassed only by Kimimaro. In the anime, their strength was valued enough to be reincarnated by Kabuto Yakushi. Furthermore, Shikamaru stated that the duo's prowess was of jōnin-level.
So we know at the age of 14 Sakon & Ukon was consindered Jounin lvl & Kabuto used them to fight VS Itachi & Sasuke, even tho Sakon & Ukons skills havent been upgraded since Part 1.
With their kekkei genkai, Sakon and Ukon were able to merge and separate with each other at will. When Ukon separates from Sakon's body, the two can attack independently. However, he was not used to moving on his own for too long and thus he would tire out easily. The two could heal any injures very quickly when merged together. Under the influence of the cursed seal, this ability was enhanced enough to allow them to merge with the bodies of others.They could also summon Rashomon, a defensive summon.

As one of Orochimaru's closest and most powerful warriors, Tayuya was branded with a cursed seal. When in Level 2 Cursed Seal form, her hair grew longer, remaining pink, her skin became a dark shade of brown, and she grew several horns on the top of her head. In this state, she gained an immense boost in strength, stamina and endurance, which allowed her to surpass even Shikamaru's various shadow techniques.

Tayuya was the only member of the Sound Four to use sound as her primary fighting style, in the form of her Demonic Flute. She was shown to have immense skill using it.Since it was transmitted through the sound of her flute, it had an extremely long range and power, and could affect the opponent even if she didn't know their exact location.
Jirōbō (次郎坊, Jirōbō) was a shinobi of Otogakure and a member of the Sound Four. and would end up as a weaker fat Chouji. According to Orochimaru, he was the physically strongest member of the Sound Four but the weakest overall.

When in Level 2 Cursed Seal form, his mohawk grew into a long mane, his skin turned into brownish-red colour and had various warts across his forehead and shoulders. In this state, his physical strength was increased ten-fold.
kidōmaru (鬼童丸, Kidōmaru) was a shinobi from Otogakure and a member of the Sound Four. Kidōmaru generally saw a battle as a game, and often played around with the opponent too much because he preferred to have fun seeing the opponent struggle; due to this, he tended to slow down his team by over extending the battle with an opponent he was interested in.
Kidōmaru had a unique body structure. He possessed two extra pairs of arms. These allowed him to add extra power and variety into his attacks, hold multiple tools, simultaneously perform multiple tasks, and form several hand seals at once. He could also use the multiple arms to pull his bowstring to incredible tension, drastically increasing the arrows' power.
He also possessed a third eye on his forehead, usually concealed by his forehead protector. In a serious battle, he would reveal the eye. This eye increased his perception and accuracy by a significant amount, allowing him to pinpoint the enemy's vital points with his arrow. The eye was precise enough to allow him to note his arrow missed the intended target by 15 cm, even at a 50 metres distance.
When in his Level 2 cursed seal form, his skin became dark red, he gained horns on his forehead, shoulders and elbows, grew long white hair, and gained spinnerets enabling him to spin webs without using his chakra,
and the weapons produced by them were even deadlier than before.

This was all from me, hope you liked it and try to use your imagination how far could they go? they have all unique abilities that are quite OP i wish we had seen more of them instead of those EDOS. Be original instead of typing something like SASUKE SOLOS! i know he do Lol i want to debate on something else beside the sons, Naruto, Madara & Sasuke its always the same. Hope you had a great day
