yup you are right. Sasuke cannot surpass current madara. only with naruto's help will he be able to beat madara.

when oro said he'll surpass madara i think he meant before he acquired rinnegan, when he lost to hashi.

don't talk too soon about naruto being stronger than sasuke we still haven't seen sasuke after the sage saw him, only naruto. Right now we have to assume naruto = sasuke unless stated otherwise. plus i think sasuke would make a fine hokage lol no one cares what fodders like shikumaru think. naruto will always support him no matter what happens.

True naruto should become hokage and I wouldn't mind if he does but it would be cool if sasuke and naruto both became hokage like what hashi and madara were not able to do. The village made a mistake in not accepting madara as hokage too so coz of that madara became power thirsty and created this whole war event. We want the cycle of hatred to end only then can we achieve true peace
