So its 3t Kakashi vs 3t Itachi? It won't end like it did in part one. Itachi's non MS genjutsu won't be working on Kakashi so its basically a ninjutsu/taijutsu fight. Itachi has shown to have faster hand-signs but Kakashi was able to react with his own jutsu despite that in part 1. They are both very good at clone-feints but Kakashi has the advantage of earth element so he can go underground if they fight on land. In terms of taijutsu they seem pretty equal in skill with Itachi having the speed advantage but Kakashi can open at least one gate and has some pretty decent strength feats when he fought zabuza with a kunai. Stamina probably goes to Kakashi because of his war-feats. With all that he is hyped to have one of the biggest ninjutsu arsenal in the manga so I give it to Kakashi with high-difficulty.

Get your information right. He was wise as Hokage. And wisdom has nothing to do with raw power. With Sharingan, Itachi couldn't promote to higher ranks, wheres Kakashi was promoted at a very young age without KKG.

The only chance for Itachi was mangekyou as he did in part 1, Kakashi alread outsmarted and countered him when both fought 3T sharingan.
