100's of bone breaking punches within seconds [Killed Kisame, one of the most durable characters in the manga], getting set ablazed, Hirudora.... I'm sure Gai can keep the damage accumulating for quite a while if he goes all out until he can't continue anymore; can Tsunades byakugou keep up with that?
Edit: The underwater Hirudora that hit Kisame wasn't at full power. A weaker technique in Morning Peacock sufficed.
False, none of Gai's 6th gates feats suggest that, and considering he hit Kisame with a 7th gate punch and Kisame was still fine enough to overcome Chakra suppression and break through his wooden restraints after the fact seems to suggest that you're overrating Gai's strength before the 8th Gate.
Constantly regurgitating Kisame's survival while ignoring the circumstances would be like me saying Tsunade punched Orochimaru in the face and he was still able to move and ignoring Orochimaru's elasticity factor, thus Gai can survive her punch because Orochimaru did.
Gai:
(1) Wasn't trying to kill Kisame, he was trying to capture him.
(2) His attack occurred under water, weakening it.
(3) Had to travel through a building-sized shark made of condensed water, further weakening the attack.
We have already seen Hirudora from a nearly dead Gai that was being restrained by Mokuton destroy a higher level of Susano'o than Tsunade's punch did. Hirudora would be overkill.
And considering in literally a few seconds Tsunade completely healed from a giant hole in her, I doubt fixing broken bones is going to take much time, barely any at all.
Tsunade never sustained instantly lethal damage. She sustained damage that would eventually become lethal if left unattended, not something that kills instantly. A barrage of flaming punches to the skull will kill her instantly.
Any support for this claim, Hirudora has never shown the force necessary to rip of limbs. Gai's hands and arms were right behind Hirudora and when the force got reversed back onto him, he only broke an arm. So where does the decapitation claim come from?

Actually Gai didn't kill Kisame, Kisame killed himself.

Hirudora... bone breaking technique see above.
bone breaking punches, Tsunade easily recovers from
Set Ablaze... I could have sworn I actually talked about all of this on the first page.
Now here's what Tsunade has in her arsenal that would stop Gai in his tracks.
Her punches. Said to cause death with a single blow.
Ranshinsho
Sticky Tooth Acid.
Now add to this, that at any moment Tsunade can summon Katsuyu who would absolutely crap on Gai's turtle and provide her with extra support if she needed it, but without Katsuyu Tsunade is powerful enough to handle a 7 gates gai.

I was talking about when Morning Peacock killed the Kisame clone which was made identical to his real body. And I asked you if she would be able to heal from all the accumulated damage. As in, a continuious onslaught of all his techniques; not individually.
All nonfactors against Gai. Best she has going for her is outlasting him.
Using Hirudora right off the bat would only put Gai at a disadvantage. It would be more productive to use the 7th gate solely for a physical stat boost for taijutsu.
If Gai (or anyone) has full intel on Tsunade, they would know that all the chakra used for her regeneration lies solely from her Yin Seal. What that means is that any of Tsunade's opponent would know that the source for Tsunade's regeneration is on the flesh of her forehead. Gai (or anyone) can simply rip off the flesh on her forehead that contains the Yin Seal. Once that happens, Tsunade has no access to her Yin Seal. It's like taking candy from a baby. And please don't respond to me saying that if Gai gets in melee range of Tsunade, he will get one shotted.

Which is why I spoke about Gai's own technique coming back on him, to show that Kishi intended that to be the standard for Hirudora. It is a bone breaker, not a life ender. His attack also didn't occur under water. Gai pulled out his third strongest move. We've now seen it three times and the power is consistent. So, I don't buy the capture intent argument as nothing indicates it can grow any stronger whilst in the 7th gate.

We also never saw Gai destroy that susanoo if you want to talk about circumstances. People draw the inference that he did.
Additionally, your simply skating around feats that aren't in your favor.
Tsunade never sustained instantly lethal damage. She sustained damage that would eventually become lethal if left unattended, not something that kills instantly. A barrage of flaming punches to the skull will kill her instantly.

Stab to the heart = instant death.
@ Forbidden So your argument then is that Gai successfully killed a clone of 30% Kisame. Who had no access to regeneration, and as a shark is probably more apt to stay from fire? While Gai is certainly faster than Tsunade in the seventh gate, he'd have to 8th gate against Tsunade. Unless your argument is something like this: Gai will constantly use his gates to pressure Tsunade and chip away her reserves despite her having the chakra necessary to replenish four of the gokage's chakra (one of which has been stated to have bijuu level chakra) and heal them, then save someone else from chakra depletion, and aid half the army in insuring they were neither injured nor sucked dry of chakra. And by the time that Tsunade has ran out of chakra despite her obviously having loads of it, she will go down before Gai.

What are you talking about? Gai shot Hirudora underwater. It was weakened due to the fact it had to travel under water and then again through a massive shark.
Gai pulled out his third strongest move. We've now seen it three times and the power is consistent.
The first time it was used without intent to kill, underwater, and traveled through an enemy technique before colliding with the target.
The second time, it was used while in a terrible physical state. He was restrained and he used it after over a day of fighting nonstop.
The third time he used it against the Naruto-world's equivalent of God, and it was blocked. You can't gauge its power based on its performance against Juubi Madara.
We also never saw Gai destroy that susanoo if you want to talk about circumstances. People draw the inference that he did.
Fact: Gai and Hachibi were restrained by Mokuton.
Fact: After sending Madara flying, the Mokuton's grip was noted to be weaker.
Fact: Next time we see Madara, Susano'o is inactive and he is sitting down, surrounded in rubble.
It's pretty obvious he broke Susano'o.
Unless of course you want to go with him deciding to deactivate Susano'o for no particular reason and sit down on a rock.
Are you sure Tsunade never sustained instantly lethal damage?
Zabuza had a dozen swords thrust into his torso and was still able to run through a crowd, behead a man with only a kunai in his mouth, and give Haku his last words before kicking the bucket.
Neji had his torso skewered by branches, and was still able to give his last words.
Asuma survived a heart wound (via Hidan's injury transfer technique).
Being stabbed in the chest isn't instantly lethal - it becomes instantly lethal if left unattended.
Tsunade get's decapitated as soon as Gai is aware of her regeneration abilities unless he isnt already aware of them. The boost from gates is definitely making Gai capable of braking bones and decapitation.
Gai in base attempted to break a boulder of this mass and size[

]. Tsunade cannot keep up with Gai in gates, 8 gates is not needed, 5-7 is probably enough.
Smh at these tsunade supporters. Tsunade get's decapitated.

Now I'm losing patience. What are you not comprehending? I'm talking apples and your replying oranges. I blatantly just said the only thing she has going for her is outlasting Gai.
For the third and final time. Can Tsunade's regeneration keep up with constant damage that will be delt by Gai. Simply put, is it fast enough. Gai has by far the fastest striking speed in the manga; he can break one of her bones, Tsunade regenerates, and then there is two more broken immediately after, and so on. Can byakogous healing keep up with the constant non-stop damage or will it eventually be overwhelmed and result in Tsunade succombing to all the injury?
