Nope, minato will be back and his arms will be restored and he'll show us his technique.

With naruto and sasuke's new powerups minato's technique is pretty irrelivant armless or not. It'd be cool to see minato wreck shop but I just don't see it happening. Unless kishi takes us back to asspull city,there won't be much focus on minato from now on.

Don't worry, kishi isn't done with him yet. Plus we don't know what kind of power up Naruto and Sasuke have, I'm sure they're both still weaker than Madara and will need support to defeat him. And if madara gets his other eye then this fight might be dragged on. Either way minato has the least explored arsenal out of pretty much every big name ninja on the battle field and kishi needs to reveal some more of his jutsu. We don't even know what affinity minato uses.

Well he's no Kisame, plus I don't think water style is going to do anything against Juubi Jinchuuriki except cool them off. Especially since he can't infuse senjutsu into his jutsu.
