I hold that the 8th Gate is a tie. And whether Gai survives next chapter (and I don't think he will) he'd Naruto to save him, anyway so that he can't 'solo' with the 8th gate.
I'm going to say Tsunade wins or ends in a draw.

Urg, this again. Gai can possibly chop her head off in Gates with a kick, similar to Lee with Madara. Despite the lack of Bijuu cloak in this one, I believe he'll probably be able to do it; Tsunade doesn't wear armor like Madara.

Either that or Tsunade outlasts. But that probably won't happen.

The only times in which punches and kicks have removed body parts/ hit through someone

2. Cloaked Lee's kick
3. Gai's 8th gate Dynamic Entry

Nothing suggests gates power before 8th gate is capable of lopping off limbs from not element enhanced strikes.

And both Tsunade and Gai have amazing staminas.
I mean Tsunade healed and refilled the chakra of 4 kages, including Ay, before healing Shikamaru from chakra depletion, summoning Katsuyu, and then healing thousands of SA soldiers.

Gai on the other hand, has been fighting for an extremely long time, and used multiple gates. That said he also had the benefit of having a chakra cloak for some parts of his battle. But he fought the night against the seven swordsmen, and initially fought against Obito seemingly without a heal (though Sakura was with him when he fought the 7 swordsman so maybe not)

So if Deidara uses c0 is he automatically the loser? His heart explodes before he explosion reaches his opponent, ergo he dies before his opponent. His opponent is the last man standing, even if they die in the explosion. Therefore, C0 is a tie technique its a lose technique no?

considering the durability of a juubi jin, I would say that gai's last kick blowing madaras insides out was FAR more impressive that tsunade, who did the same thing to madaras edo body, which is noted to be weaker than the actual bodies of the person.

His 8th gate strike was obviously harder than Tsunade's, that's not even worth discussing.
The real question is if Gai has to go 8th gate, And there is obviously a divide among those who consider suicide techs to be a win and those who consider it a tie.

Gai stalemates with 8th gate.
None of his big moves can put her down below that gate and her stamina/chakra pool should be more than enough to outlast someone whow will be suffering from the gate's side effects.

The way I see it, Tsunade's regen can hold it's own versus morning peacock easily, but then again she wouldn't be a stationary target, so far less fireballs will hit her.
Gai took his own Daytime tiger point blank to the face and got out of it with just a few broken bones, thus reason dictates Tsunade would survive that as well.
And we haven't seen what kind of damage 7th gate guy does with actual strikes but from what we've seen outside of the 8th gate, he's not taking down Tsunade when she's using her full power.

gai wont have to go 8th gate to win it. 6th of 7th gate will easily overwhelm her and I would even suggest that using lower gates would be enough. her durability is nowhere on the level of jubidara and would be far more susceptible to being completely torn up.

5th gate kicks can cleave bodies into peices and she can't react to that speed. Relentless attacks and she will lay in pieces.
