Summoning in NOT ninjutsu!

According to today's chapter, Gai is unable to use ninjutsu yet we've seen him use summoning jutsu.

However, this isn't the first time summoning has occurred when it should have been prohibited. Orochimaru summoned triple gates, when he was supposedly restricted from forming or molding any chakra.


The way Jiriya explained it, summoning is strictly a blood contract, so a summoning is part so them, which is why they're able to share chakra etc.

It explains why only Jiriya is capable of summoning the two Sages, he's the only one with the blood contract to perform the ritual.

This makes no sense to me, but Kish has decided this!

But when Naruto was summoning for the first time he was using chakra. When he summoned Gamabunta he needed Kurama's chakra on top of his own chakra to summon him. This is making no sense.

You call them forth using ninjutsu. Orochimaru can mold chakra, he just couldn't use his arms which is needed to do the hand seals which is neeed for the majority of ninjutsus

Also he did say he had another way at getting his arms back when Tsunade chose not to heal him, we know it's not unsealing them since he didn't know about the DRS until Hiruzen used it so he learned that way after researching and it shows the body he took over so we know it's him saying he can gain his arms back when he change bodies

The first scan didn't appear

Orochimaru scan said "any jutsu" nothing about hand seals. Orochimaru was able to punch the kyuubi but still used no ninjutsu. Once revived, they stated again he couldn't use any ninjutsu

When Orochimaru reversed the seal, he said I can finally use jutsu again or so like that.

So according to this logic the rasengan isn't a ninjutsu because it doesn't require any hand seals???
