My take:

I'd say SM Naruto mid-high diff. Just because I'm not that well versed in Orochimaru and his abilities.

It's impossible to make a "decent argument" for Oro-unless you include edos.(and hype too, but going strictly by feats, naruto wins.)

Yeah, but which edos is he allowed to use? The ones from part 1, the present hokages? It's impossible to say until you are more specific.

I edited the OP once again (this is why I'm a Genin..) to include 2 specific Edos that I thought were middle powered Neji Hyuuga and Kimimaro

I don't see why Orochimaru can't win. If you give him edos, Naruto doesn't have a jutsu to seal them.

Naruto mid-diff. SM Naruto can make clones you know. Naruto's clones in SM are more than enough to keep Kimmimaru and Neji occupied while the main Naruto fights Orochimaru. Ransenshuriken GG. It kills all the chakra connections in cells, so no regen for Orochimaru when he gets hit with it. SM Naruto also has very high level speed and even more ridiculous strength and durability as well as enhanced ninjutsu that's plow through anything Orochimaru has.

Without Edo Tensei, current SM Nardo wins mid-high diff. Pain Arc Nardo loses, however; if anybody wants to debate that I'm down.

I'll do that in a while, although I can't be consistent for how long I can do it.
