So, by eating it, Kaguya obtained All the chakra in the world, Leaving the Shinju with only Natural Energy.

How can you gauge her strength when she has no feats? Like literally. I'd also believe the user who defeated her via Sealing Techniques to be superior to her.

There are many qualities in which are assessed in order to determine who is stronger than who. And in this case, Kaguya is a simple Plot mover, nothing more, and nothing less.
