Proof that Indra won against Ashura in the past

The evident of Indra winning against Ashura was indirectly hinted by Kishimoto.The fire temple is a place where the monk worship their god.At the entrance of the fire temple shown both Ashura's BM /tail beast cloak and indra's perfect Susano ( shown below).

However ,inside the fire temple ,there is only one statue that the fire temple monk worship ,which is the statue of indra perfect Susano or sojobo

I believe that the fire temple existed during Indra and Ashura generation.The people at that time worship the victor of the two sons since Kaguya and the Sage of the six path a.k,a hagaromo were view as gods.

Hagaromo had followers,hence hagaromo clan.Hagormo was also the person who help defeated the preginator (aka jubi) which will give him a lot of popularity as his time similar to Naruto help in defeating Obito

In addition,this explain why Haguramo said that Ashura was stupid during is flash back and directly to Naruto .If Ashura defeated Indra then the circle of hatred will have ended,because why Naruto (Ashura ) will be needed to stop this current disaster?

Macho, this is the first thread I've seen by you that has made sense for the most part. Just the fire temple section and the statue on the inside. I mean that in the best way, this is interesting.

It is entirely possible Indra won, although not definitive proof. Regardless, a good observation and something to question with many possible answers.

Perhaps this was the catalyst that caused generation-long wars, and reminiscent of Naruto vs Sasuke's Valley of the End fight. Ashura didn't want to kill Indra, but Indra was willing to kill Ashura.
