With Orochimaru's "eternal life" we cannot really confirm how old he is. We have seen him as a child but was he really a child when being a part of team Hiruzen? Could it be possible that Orochimaru is old as shit?

Its possible that he was born long before Hashirama even. Then later in his life developed a jutsu for eternal life. Btw I didnt say having the same hair made him orochimaru
