Obito will give his Rinnegan to Sakura to implant that eye into Naruto. Same like what he did when he gave his Sharingan to Kakashi.

Naruto reminds him of his old self and Sakura reminds him (kinda) of Rin. So he entrusted Sakura to take care of Naruto like what Rin used to do for him.

Obito will die, and entrusted Naruto his dream to become Hokage and entrusted Sakura to always watch Naruto. Sakura will say "I'll be watching you", just like Rin used to say to him.
