Possible jutsu to beat Madara?

Before I begin I'd like to say that if this is wrong please correct me.

Anyways, so I've known and also seen others believe that the jutsu Kirin in basically Sasuke using his own Chakra to direct pure lightening at an opponent, and since that lightening isn't Sasuke's chakra, would it still inflict damage on Madara or any Rinnegan user, as it's not chakra and cannot be absorbed.

Onmyoudon would defend him even if it is pure lightining and not a jutsu, but even if it hit him, he would not die or get a serious wound, gai hit him several times with evening elephant and he is still standing, not to mention he heals with hashi's sm and juubi mode

It was implied that Kirin destroyed Itachi's Susano'o, hence why Itachi's clothes were ripped off and he was coughing up blood and barely alive.

As a result, it only protected him slightly.
